Lacey has over eight years of experience working with children with special needs. While completing her undergraduate work in college, Lacey worked as a behavioral therapist for children with Autism. After graduating she went on to complete her master's degree and spent four years working as a special education teacher. During this time, she worked and continues to work as a behavioral consultant and therapist for children with special needs.
